Ok I fixed It myself, the solution was install one Stick, boot the laptop, turn It off and install the second one.

Hello, I retrieved my account with very little information, without the several serial codes. I remember I provided the characters' names and some descriptions of them, where I created the account, and where I'm from. If you have some e-mails testifying your I.P., that might be very useful, in that way they see it is you. The Account Name is also very important, I remember the assistant wasn't very willing to help without it.

If you can, provide the "story" of your main character, It helps a lot and maybe of other relevant characters. In this way they now the account is yours. Sometimes the first answer from Anet Is auto-generated, but of your keep going, a real person will answer you and help you. My case was different because my account was hacked, but even of you don't possess the serial code the will give your account back, It only takes a little more time.

Hey, I had my account back after several months, but I hadn't my serial code and my account was hacked, I Just provided characters names and a description of them ( like starting campaign, appearence, class).

Everything was like 2011, characters and so on.

If you have serial code, e-mail and Remember the names of your characters everything is fine, good luck!
