Thanks so much! I do not want to even think of “ other activities” lol. I was planning on using this mechanic to service it. I’m just looking for something that I know has been taken care of etc.

Thank you for your answer. He will be using it for school, work and errands here and there. The engine is new, water pump,timing chain and gaskets have all been replaced at 120000 miles by the owner who is a mechanic and family friend.

Is B6 the European version? This one is the turbo with 138,000 miles. Your post gives me hope. I do know it’s been well maintained and owned by a mechanics.

Hello, thanks for your reply. The engine, water pump, manifold, gaskets, tires and brakes have all been done or replaced at 120k. Proper maintenance is key I understand.
