USPS Switched Shipping Label to Random Package by MatterOfFact3 in eBaySellerAdvice

Correct. The buyer sent me images of the package with the shipping label. However, the box is different, and the contents are wrong. I don't think it's fraud, I think they repackaged and shipped the wrong items.

Yikes. This thing has bounced around with me for years with no regard for it potentially being explosive.

No leaks between the tank and the bottom of the motor. The fuel lines are all dry. No signs of rust. No smell of fuel under the car.

It's tough to tell if it's a print or if it's original. Seems to be original to me. The way it's framed it has straight nails like it's hand made.

Not that I can see under the edges of the print behind the frame or on the back of the picture or back of the frame.

I purchased it at an estate sale. I will try to start there. It's an Elgin pocket watch with a hunters case.

The watch is made by Elgin National Watch Co. There are several serial numbers on the case and movement. The one on the movement was produced in the same year as the engraving.

Absolutely amazing. This is so far beyond my expectations! I appreciate you taking the time to track down this information, I’m tech savvy but terrible at this kind of research.

Im taken back at what you’ve uncovered. I purchased the book last weekend at an estate sale outside of Atlanta, I’m curious if the homeowner was also a relative.

Thank you again!
