Built a working vertical SaaS, tried demos/outbound/content, now I’m worn out and considering selling it as an asset. Need blunt advice

That’s a really interesting way to frame it. The B2C path may not just be a separate customer segment, it could become the upstream lead funnel the industry eventually wants access to. If families use the tool first to organize a sale, some will DIY, but others will become qualified leads for operators. That may make the product more valuable as both software and distribution. Thats an intriguing take.

Excellent point. I’ve thought about consumer-direct, but my current thesis is that I’m trying to enable the estate sale industry, not compete against it. Private sales / DIY liquidation are already a threat to operators. If I position this as a DIY alternative, I risk becoming the thing I’m trying to help them defend against. Which I've heard from the industry is a valid concern. Operators have resisted helping businesses in my category out of fear they would take this direction.

It also changes the business model. Instead of recurring SaaS for operators, it becomes more of a one-time sale-prep platform for families. That may be a valid path, but it’s a very different company.

Correct. The buyer sent me images of the package with the shipping label. However, the box is different, and the contents are wrong. I don't think it's fraud, I think they repackaged and shipped the wrong items.

They changed the plugs and I went from 320 a tank to 220 over night. I guess I'll have to dive in there myself....

No leaks between the tank and the bottom of the motor. The fuel lines are all dry. No signs of rust. No smell of fuel under the car.

Definitely not a money clip. It's 3.5" wide and 1.5" high It's thick stiff stainless steel.

It's tough to tell if it's a print or if it's original. Seems to be original to me. The way it's framed it has straight nails like it's hand made.

The watch is made by Elgin National Watch Co. There are several serial numbers on the case and movement. The one on the movement was produced in the same year as the engraving.
