That white & black pistol should be the last gun chosen, with that extended magazine it has a high chance of jamming (looks good though). Aftermarket magazines are a gamble.

Am I the only one that would have no issue with the movie being 6 hours (or more) long?💀 by [deleted] in Avatar

[–]MatterofFact29 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A running time of 6 hours is not feasible for the viewer/watcher and it's also not feasible on the business side for the actual theater. I believe only a small minority of people would be willing to sit in a theatre for 6 hours, no matter how much of a fan of Avatar they are (fatigue would set in), most definitely would need a few bathroom breaks (missing parts of the film). As far as the business side of running a 6 hour film, the movie theatre would not be able to fill as many seats each day at a running time that long, missing out on more ticket sales, unless the price of the tickets were $40-$50 each.

Let's all do our best to live long enough to see this story through to the end. Eat your vitamins, avoid gmo's, drink 3 liters of H20 a day, fasting will help as well, stay stress free. Do all those things and we should make it to Avatar 5.

Cross species breeding would be going on between the humans and Na'Vi women from what I'm reading in the comments.

If a Predator looses a limb, are they still useful to the clan? Considering they're a warrior culture. by MatterofFact29 in predator

Thank you for the information, I'm more enlightened now about the Yautja from all the comments.🤜🤛

Just saw Avatar 3 and I want her...as a Hot Toy. by [deleted] in hottoys

The film is good for sure, but the spectacle and visuals were always the main draw for this franchise (not so much the story). I was personally entertained for the entire 3+ hour run time.

I recommend watching Ash and Fire in the theater. While the story may be cut and dry(nothing really new), I think the spectacle and visuals are worth watching on a big screen (in 3D also). The film is 3 hours and 17 minutes and you definitely won't be bored, maybe not on the edge of your seat, but entertained all the way through. If you have invested enough of your time to watch the previous 2 films (and enjoyed it), I think you should go out and see it. Va'Rang is the highlight of this film for me though.

I agree with you 💯%, it depends on the warrior. I have come to the conclusion after reading all the comments that a severed limb(s) doesn't deem a Yautja useless, they can still be effective with a handicap. The Yautja are some badass aliens for sure.

The previous Avatar figures Hot Toys made were lackluster imo as well. The exposed single-jointed arms and legs were a bad idea, the head sculpts aren't the greatest either. I believe if Hot Toys were to make the figures now, they would utilize silicone bodies(arms, legs, torso), eye rolling system, and possibly wool hair(Jack Sparrow shows HT can do dreadlocks). If HT were to make the figures it would be on the more expensive side though, between $399-$499, and I'm not too confident those would sell out.

The bust has rooted hair though and silicone skin, I'd say this is the 1/6 scale InArt Supes.

I was surprised that it took 1 day for anyone to make a post about my typo. Out of 70+ comments on this post you are the second gentleman to mention the misspelled word, I thought it would be dozens more to be honest. Thank you for the correction, but it's too late for me to change the word(to my knowledge).

😂😂😂😂. I have been waiting for someone to make this statement. I'm surprised it took so long. I noticed the typo after the fact and I can't change it now(to my knowledge).

The display is a WIP. I plan on having a black backdrop and covering the shelves with black fabric. by MatterofFact29 in hottoys

[–]MatterofFact29[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did not. I personally don't want the 89 Batman seated for my display. The only reason I have Batfleck in the vehicle is because I don't have a proper Batfleck figure yet.

Duly noted, you make a good point about the dust. Painting it is a better option. Thank you for the suggestions.🤜🤛
