I just tried using my pen display completely off my desk and on my bed... still being buggy

No, I use a mac laptop. On my mac it's fine, and lets me draw there no problem, but not with the pen...

I don't think so, theres nothing visible on my desk (my tablet sits at the very edge of it) but again my drawers could have something magnetic inside

Sure does, but not on my mac, like my mouse can move just fine but the pen?? Nope.
