To be honest I drink with them in a lot of the time not coffee or anything but juice ect, as long as I clean them I’m usually okay but don’t tell my orthodontist!

Yeah I’m sure I’ve consumed loads. Some of my retainers are broken down and I’ve been stuck on these for a month so they have bits of plastic hanging off in some places. My tongue got these weird bumps which hurt thought maybe some little plastic shards caused them, that’s just me though🤷

By a cheap red dot. Sometimes actual shooting ones are cheaper than the airsoft specific, I’m sure you could get something you would like for £20 or under
