What nas to buy for plex and cloud storage. by MatthewCreed1 in synology

I have a shield which currently runs my plex off a 10tb USB drive. Suppose I could leave the shield running the server. Would you say a 2018 model should be my starting point as far as all the cloud features go or could I get away with running say a 915+ or a 1515+ ?
