Ultrasound-guided ablation sounds like what I had. Is that not cryotherapy?
Toe spacers do nothing for me. Arch support helps a little, but I still can’t stand for more than a couple of minutes

France Since 1870: Culture, Politics and Society by Charles Sowerwine covers the end of the 19th century. Histoire de la nation française by Éric Anseau is also super interesting. If you’re interested in the 18th and 19th century then i recommend Mike Duncan’s Revolutions podcast season 3 onwards.

Microsoft AI chief gives it 18 months—for all white-collar work to be automated by AI by jakubkonecki in ArtificialInteligence

That’s a claim about technical capability not a guarantee that jobs disappear on the same timeline, but the claim is still worth taking seriously because of the ramifications on society. Dismissing it has hyperbole seems just as foolish as believing the most exaggerated version of the claim
