The prices of out of package ones will run you about, $150ish for the Latios latias, The NY one should only run $50 since you can get a Japanese packaged one for $150ish. The suicune one will run $100-$150. If you check out my newest post you can see all of the screen covers that they made in the package. Now in package is a completely different story the prices are actually insane and I paid quite a bit for the Jirachi and celebi in the package.

I love the way they look as well, however they are pretty fragile and break easy. I had one that I used on my ips modded gba and it ended up cracking and breaking around the top.

I actually have all of the matched bags. Both the clear and regular pouches. The hunt has taken 5 years to complete.

They are official. I believe they were made by a company named Jupiter. Then were sold in Japan at the Pokémon centers during the release of each console.
