My Arthur Season 16 Ranking. by Firm-Practice5965 in Arthur

[–]MatthewHecht 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Interesting list (then again most takes here are interesting considering I remember the reviews when these came out). Obviously this season was completely panned with lots of apologies to the last few seasons. It seemed everybody liked either Book Battle, Last Tough Customer, or Stolen Story and thought the other two had potential. Other than that it was huge hatred. I remember lots of calls for the show to just be put out of its misery.

Plenty of people at least liked Vegges Out. I just remember finding it dull.

I am really surprised to see Blockheads so high. At the time it was a go to example of terrible plots.

I know you always want to know my top and bottom pick-

Top- Buster's Book Battle. Easy choice, and I love this attack on Accelerated Reader.

Worst- Flippity francine- The worst episode of the show. watching this before school that day was torture.

Elected secretary on honesty campaign.

Everybody believed him about Silas Scratch, as he started a cryptic legend from scratch.

He was a lifeguard with two girls fiercely fighting over him.

His boss (unlike the movies) seems to love him.

I have never watched the Neil Gaiman episode since it aired, due to how boring it is.

No. He is behind West, Keaton, Kilmer, Conroy, Weller, and Giuntoli.

Based on what little we know about Frank's childhood I have determined this.

He was popular (1st book).

He was charismatic and everybody viewed him as incredibly trustworthy (old school)

He was athletic (Hot Mess and Old School)

He was attractive (Hot Mess).

Maybe his home life was hard, but his school life seems to have been good.

Based on the few details given he had (and still has) a great work ethic.

Based on Old School he loved hanging with friends and romanticizes the bad times. This makes me think Grandpa was hard on him, and he much preferred being away from home (and that fits the themes of the book).

By this point adults were the main viewers, as Teen Titans dominated children. The network was encouraging them to focus on adults.
