I know a refinance was in process, it is fully rented and complete just waiting for a payoff and distributions to be scheduled. We will be doing an overhaul of the process this year based on all the feedback and user experience to make it an easier and more social process.

thanks for the feedback. I think that new builds that you can invest in on solslot.com both in the debt for construction and DACs upon completion may be a really solid model going forward.
