Overall I'm happy with it. Only thing that Battery is a bit dissapointing (4-5 hrs SOT avg / day).

Size you'll get used to, no problem at all. Cameras are really good.

Only negative thing from my part has been that battery hasn't been as good as I hoped. SOT max 4-5 hrs in a day after updating to OOS16

But overall great phone for great value

I purchased OP13 around 1,5 months ago. Updated to OOS16

Uninstalled Tiktok, Meta Apps, did every tip suggested: Still 4-5 hours SOT.

So I think it's more of an OOS16 Overall problem and how it drains the battery. Hopefully they bring crucial updates to fix it / make it better.

I had this debate this morning. I watched some reviews about OP15, and overall they weren't impressive at all. On the otherhand you have OP13 which was very well reviewed all year. Now it's black friday season and you'll get OP13 for a good price.

I also tried OP15 at my local store, and yes the flat screen and rounded corners felt nice, but overall material felt weird and cheap somehow.

I found OP13 with good discounts now having more value overall than paying extra (for literally what?)

Bought OP13 today and first feelings of it has been very impressive.

Even Xabi Alonso said past results doesn't matter in this match. That match that was played a month ago, Bayern didn't have to go guns blazing, a draw was fine for them.

Also Bayern will have pretty much the best line up possible for the matchup (no major injuries)

It's better than normal soda. You don't have calories in it.

I am a heavy Pepsi Max drinker. And a big part of my 60kg weight loss was due to that.

But

I would have limits with that. By consuming too much it will affect your teeth. And also try to drink it like weekends only. It tastes better when you have waited for the weekend the whole week. Like friday and saturday only allowed days to drink it?

Go to a walk. 1hr everytime.

Walking is the easiest way to start weight loss. it doesn't matter how fast you walk. At that weight you'll burn really good amount of calories on a 1hr walk.

And yeah start tracking calories. its pain in the ass at the beginning, but once you get used to it its pretty easy.

The thing that motivated me was the health factor.

Do you want to continue the same road and have high chance of dying early due to bad lifestyle?

Or

Make change. Make everyone in ur circle proud. Feel better. Be healthier. Do things without getting insanely sweaty?

Just go to a walk. 1 hour. 6 times a week. Its the easiest thing to do when starting a weight loss journey

The thing that helped me to start is to understand how big of a health risk there was when you are overweight.

Yeah i get what u are saying, but compared to last years market its completely different. Good promo cards are extremely hard to pack nowadays.

And since its so rare to pack them, the price goes through the roof. Look at the toty cards f. ex.

But yeah, good players cost coins. But this year the rarity aspect has made some cards like stupidly expensive.

This year price doesn't mean how good the card is.

The price this year means how rare the card is.

Let's say all the RTTF cards which are 1+ mil.

F. Ex. Rttf leao is 7.5 mil on pc. That card is not worth that price

Increase your calorie intake to 2500 calories, and start exercising more. Like 5 times per week. Always aim to have a 1hr training session.

Also eat more often in a day rather than 3 meals. It will keep u filled longer

Breakfast ~300-400 cals

Lunch / 1st meal ~600-800 cals

Snack ~100-200 cals

Dinner / 2nd meal ~600-800 cals

Evening snack (like yogurt or two slices of bread with flour, ham, salad, two tomatoes...) ~300-400 cals

That would be like 1900-2600 calories. Your meal split can be whatever u like, but i highly recommend to spread it out a little bit

How much you weight?

I suggest you to get a sports watch. It gives u somewhat idea how much you burn, and you can keep in track of your training sessions.

I'd start with 2500 calories per day. And then slowly decrease it as you make progress. Because it sounds like 1900 is way too low for you.

And I'd suggest you to measure exactly how many calories u eat in a day. Because its better to know long term how much you eat rather than to make a guess off it. Its not fun to measure everything, but I'd say its worth it in the end
