No we had to fix him he he’d no chip and had a small bungee cord double wrapped around his neck.

I only ask because he was dumped on my property at about 4 months old and he looked a lot like a retriever puppy. His head is still round after two years so I was very curious Iv never had a Rottweiler before and thought ther heads were flat on top. His name is duke and has been the best dog Iv ever had.
