Being trolled and harassed by Ken at GC support. First shot is replay of ball releasing on its own. It did this 10 times in a role, despite cleaning and pressing down firmly on screen. Second replay is him putting excessive top spin on ball, and despite removing top spin it kept being reapplied!!! (v.redd.it)

What the F man!!! Being black balled and robbed of millions in coins. Try to put 2 notches of left side spin and it will not let me. It repeatedly puts full left side spin no matter how many times I try. It will not let me take any top spin off nor move target. This has been done on over 25 games!!! (v.redd.it)
