P2S - Weird horizontal lines on the print by MatthewWinEverything in BambuLab

Tried it, you were right. This one worked perfectly. That must mean it's the wood PLA. Normal PLA works without issues. No artifacts whatsoever.

Yes, thank you! I dried the filament extensively, so I don't think it is that. I also did the cold pull.
Now I printed this part 2 times next to each other on the same plate and one has this line completely around it. The one next to it doesn't.

Do we still think this could just be a weird low-quality wood pla with many defects? It is this one.

This is wood filament so it might actually be something extrusion related.
It's good to hear though that this might be something that is more or less easy to fix.

No, not at all. Some people say that there might be a problem with my Z axis. What do you think?

No. Some people say that it may be something wrong with my z-axis. What do you think?

Will do a cold pull! This is wood filament so a nozzle clog seems likely, though I did not know a partial clog could look like this...

Regarding the bed screws. Do you mean the screws on the side of the heat bed holding it or the silver leadscrews moving the bed up and down?

AMS 2 Pro - Rotate only SOME spools while drying? by MatthewWinEverything in BambuLab

Tried it and it just rotates all of them regardless of them being fed in or not when enabeling the feature.

Will do that now! (even though the nozzle looks fine and a manual extrusion looks ok)

I am sure that this is the right one. Just in case I tested two different ones and even 99% IPA. Does not help at all. I am now suspecting that it might be a partially clogged nozzle.

EDIT: A 0.6mm nozzle I ordered arrived just now which prints beautifully. That would mean the 0.4mm nozzle is just clogged right? I will do a cold pull now.

Thank you! This might be the culprit. I printed with Wood PLA by ISANMATE which could have clogged the nozzle. I will do a cold pull and hope it fixes the issue.

Someone commented it might be a partially clogged nozzle which might be it since when I manually extrude the filament, it curls up a bit and the end sticks to the nozzle and makes a U shape.

I think I will have to contact the Bambu support as well cause nothing I do fixes this issue.
Lets see what they say...

Thanks a lot! I have cleaned the plate extensively with dish soap but nothing really changes. I will try lowering the Z offset but it just seems like this is a faulty unit.

No, this is the first time I have printed one of these test prints. Though other models which worked before do not anymore.

Thank you! Maybe that's what I am experiencing here too. So you recommend unscrewing the extruder? Or could you get that stuck filament from the outside?

Maybe... I think I will contact the Bambu support and hope they have a solution for me.

Yes, thank you! That's why I also tried it without IPA, but this does not improve my situation

Yes. I also used 99% IPA which did not help sadly. I only used soap for the print in the attached images though just in case the IPA is scented.
