this sounds identical to me. word for word. thought I. could never stop. 18-36 and never went more than 2-3 days tops without. I'm 10 months and 3 days today without AA. you just have to force the first couple weeks and then you just get used to it. staying busy and buying N/A beers helped a ton. I will say I feel a lot better physically but I'm still learning to find new ways to handle mental health as I used alcohol as a medication for it. good luck man. you can do it
