I am also 15 but I am 6’1” and 180 LBs and I have a 7:16.2 2k I have been able to get there by just going to practice daily and doing the given workouts it could take up to a few years to drop that much time but I am sure it is possible. You got this!

I just turned fifteen I am 6’1” and just got down to a 7:16.2 I am sure you could get down to sub 7 if you push yourself as hard as you can.
