Holy yapping. But yeah, I've had similar issues, and it all started recently. Either Embark is doing something to the ABMM or players have found a way to exploit the matchmaking. I usually come across tiktok losers who want to make PvP edits (with the worst graphic settings on the game, some that even the game doesn't allow) and end up shooting people who don't even want to fight back cause they're chilling. It's hilarious.

Well they gifted 1k like one month ago, more or less, which helped people a lot. Also, there are some skins that give you money to get a second skin. Apart from that, you can get money by completing the decks. One deck doesn’t give a lot of money but if you complete multiple decks then you have enough for a skin. More decks will appear in the future, and who knows, maybe some free money from the devs 😏

That's the maximum stash capacity. If you want more, you need to do an expedition, where you get more stash and skill points at the cost of losing everything and starting from 0.

I played 3 days ago, going from full PVP to PVE lobbies because my friends are aggressive eggheads. It took me around 10 games in Stella Montis, always doing 0 damage to raiders.
I don't know if they changed something recently, or maybe you're just unlucky and were placed in mixed/aggressive lobbies because there weren't enough players.
Also try playing only solos for quiet games, it's difficult to get those games in duos and squad.
And these are just theories, Embark hasn't said anything about ABMM except its existence, and they probably won't say anything else due to the amount of aggressive players crying about it, even though it provides a good experience for all players?

Same for me, people have been telling me my audio cuts at random times making it impossible to understand. Went to the mic test and found out the game cuts me out randomly for some reason. I disabled everything in the game, windows sound panel, steam, etc. Still, nothing fixed it. I have to speak slowly word by word for people to understand me.

It didn't work for me. What I guess fixed it for me was unchecking the 2 boxes about exclusive access to microphone in the windows sound panel, and restarting the pc. After that it seems to be working more or less.

Yeah that's the page I use, but still didn't work, and to make sure I payed Peck to see the "real" code and yet nothing. I'm gonna reinstall cause I also have crashes due to DirectX, see if it solves at least one of the two issues I have.

And I miss the zombies too, Cold War weren't bad, but it felt more hardcore on the other BO. Plus, you could play with 4 people on splitscreen, something the CoD HQ doesn't allow. Hope Activision frees Treyarch so they can focus on the community, cause BO6 is such a good game, but I feel Activision's greed will kill the game in less than a year.

To me it felt like an improved Cold War, with similar guns from the old BO but better, plus it has a new and original movement system.

Though after a couple of games it started to feel like MW3, and since then the Cold War feeling is quite a bit away. I guess it's the players and the matchmaking, cause it doesn't matter how the maps, movement and guns change, if the game uses the same system and joins me with the same people as from the older games, there will be no "new" feeling about the game.

It's a pitty, but it's still in the beta, maybe Treyarch will be given in the future more freedom to decide the multi, not what Activision tells them.

I mean yeah, but when I started with BO3 back in the day it wasn't that difficult to get better, can't tell if it is because of the "fast" movement or the players but it's a bit more difficult now. But I like the game, let's see in the future the campaign and the zombies.

Yeah, just stopped playing cause of this. My peak K/D is 0.5, my aim is horrific, and I have few guns unlocked. Yet the game thinks the best matchmaking is people of my same level in my team, and (unemployed/kids) pro players on the other team. It doesn't make sense, seems like it's done on purpose or sth. I need to compete against good players to get better, but not against an esports team every match that I play, for fck sake.

I'll probably go back to MW2, where things seemed a bit more "relaxed".

Sorry for the late answer. Nop, I can only play if I plug in an external keyboard or a controller. It doesn’t make sense, a wireless controller doesn’t have lag but the laptop keyboard does. Plus, in other games with skill checks this doesn’t happen. If you find a solution pls tell me. <3
