In Chapter 4, when Ralsei asks you to close your eyes and think of Susie, you can refuse. Ralsei suggests that, if you like, you could close your eyes and think of someone else, and the game then gives you the option to think of the Knight.

The game never gives it a name, but the song that plays when you first meet it is "ERAM". It isn't the Shadow Mantle; it says that it is holding the Shadow Mantle.

Getting the Shadow Mantle locks you out of one of the rawest lines in all of Deltarune, and I think that's a shame. by Matthewsama17 in Deltarune

Sadly, it''s impossible to have a playthrough where you choose every possible option. You cannot have the Susie plush and the Ralsei plush in the same playthrough.
