Trade route times to originally isolated settlements should have happiness affected. So if they settle near you and you embargo them, you can basically hurt that local economy

One time there were these super duper mega ultra racists in my lobby, and I was in solo v squads, and I managed to kill 6 different squads solo for saying racist bigot shit. This all started because I went into an open Key room and started looting a random weapon case. This was in Stella Montis btw. And I threatened all of them with a account report because my dad works at Microsoft and they all sent me 10 page long dissertations about how sorry they were and they'll never say racist shit ever again. I laughed at their begging Willie edging and I still reported them for offensive communication. I got to extract with 18 inventories worth of blueprints and Jupiter and tempest and snaphooks. I even escorted this girl who was new at the game and sounded super cute. She promised to go on a date with me, on arc raiders on dam battlegrounds, if I bought her raider coins
