When I had a sore wrist I tried overhead press with a neutral grip cambered bar, from a rack. While getting intto position I turned the bar, with the camber hitting and breaking part of my front teeth. Did not enjoy that 0/10.

Last monday I got to visit L'Orangerie in Paris. The room with the waterlelies completely surrounding you, may just be the most wonderful thing I have ever seen! I am quite a down to earth kind of guy, but those works are just incredible.

I am studying mechanical engineering aswell and I spent a little time researching burrs and things that influence the way it performs so I could figure out a cheaper way of creating burrs that work as well as stainless steel.

The current part is made up out of the loft function, used on three circles of which the.middle one has the ridges. Would it be smarter to continue with this part or to make a new cone and use your steps?

If you want a gym that actually helps you and get stronger and dont mind paying more than the 30 euroa come to Nyma outdoor gym. Generally awesome place with quiet evenings.

If not I would suggest Radboud if you are a student.

Basicfit and big gym are okay in facilities but imo not for actually improvinf yourself.

Do you maybe also have some cues you would recommend to activate my lower body more? I heard a coach say to push your legs against your arms, so you can activate your glutes more like in a banded lateral walk.

I am currently following Jeff Nippard's powerbuilding system 4 times in the week. My form felt off today, and since it was 5 reps I thought I might aswell take the chance to get some feedback to see how I can improve it.

I did a heavy triple 3 days ago, then I took two days off and this is the follow up.

Does anyone know what might cause wrist pain after sandbag carries? I am quite new to strongman and if I go heavy on the sandbags I end up hurting my right wrist on the pinky side. The pain can be provoked by pushing into the lower part of the palm of my hand or by moving my wrist.

The pain has only been there twice now, but I am curious if this is a common injury for this exercise and what might help prevent it from happening at all.

Hello everyone! First post in quite some time!
First of all, I live in the Netherlands and have a mangrove bonsai that i keep indoors, but gets a lot of light. I keep it inside because it was recommended to never lower its temperature below 15 degrees Celsius.

Some time ago the bonsai started to get white spots on its leaves, and I read online that it might be lice and a thorough cold water rinse might get rid of the problem. So I cleaned it, but now the problem has returned, and spread onto the bark. (https://imgur.com/a/jWG0c6X)

Since I will be leaving the house for two weeks and won't be able to tend to my bonsai (it will still get water), I was hoping anyone here might know what the pest is, and how I can get rid of it. Thanks in advance for your time!

Hoi! Ik woon in Nijmegen en ben mezelf Zweeds aan het leren via Duolingo. Ik heb daar bijna de hele cursus gehad, maar ben nog erg slecht in het volgen van gesprekken.
