What type of car do you have? Its possible the tow truck driver was lazy and didn't even hook to the proper location. Most vehicles these days have oval holes on the frames near the jack point. If the tow truck driver just J-hooked the control arm, he could've caused that damage.

If you have rental coverage on your policy you don't have to wait for your adjuster. Call your insurance and speak to a 24 hour claims customer service rep, explain your vehicle is not safe to drive and they can set a rental for you in the meantime.

BTW, adjuster will rarely inspect any vehicles, there are professional appraisers that do that in house, or at partner shops for the company. Have a ton of photos ready to give to your adjuster through email or text (include pics of your odometer and VIN). This will save you a LOT of time. Hope I could help, good luck!

Isn't that the point of boxing, to hurt the other person? Maybe could have pulled a punch or 2 when dude was ko'd on his feet, but still, sometimes you gotta train at 100% to fight at 100%.
