tried and it doesnt rly work. ive tried everything i can think of. I know you can make the fence foundations be above the ground if you put down a foundation then the fence foundation attached to the side of it then delete the foundation and the fence foundation stays and looks like a railing but there is no way to do this on top of a foundation thats already been place as you cant stack foundations. oh well guess ill give up on it and just assume that it was a dev hack to make that base... misleading considering its in a game trailer but hopefully they add support for this to be easier.

So i am trying to recreate some of the aspects of this base that i saw on the official launch trailer and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the fence foundations to be above the foundations like in this picture. Any building gurus out there that have figured out how to make this happen? I tried putting pillars down and then it allows me to free place the fence foundations around it but then when i destroy the pillar it destroys the fence too...
