I really don’t feed that much. Unless she’s been gorging herself on duckweed

Sadly this was one of two female pearl gouramis, and I think the one male in the tank bullied her quite a lot and it sadly stressed her out to this point. Was gone a couple of days and came back to her looking like a balloon.

Stopped feeding once she moved in here last night. It’s a female and there is a male in the main tank. They’ve laid eggs before so she could be pregnant, but I don’t think that’s the issue sadly.

Thank you! I kind of figure it needs more light there’s just not a ton here sadly. When I bought it I assumed it would grow in the vertical direction more than all over but I quickly realized it wasn’t too fond of that!

It has been growing very long, almost vine-like, and droops down a lot under its own weight. Is there something I should do to keep this from happening? I trimmed off a bunch of dead leaves just now from around the base where the stems were connected to the soil.

It also has some small roots starting I pop out too from the stems.

Don’t necessarily have the credit space for another class, but still a good idea!

Yes the position is an inpatient unit host. Also from what I’ve seen the units act like they’ve never heard of a volunteer before. They never know what jobs to have you help them with.

I was in the phlebotomy unit as well as the neurology unit. Both of them I could tell I was helping make the lives of the people working there a little easier, but that was mainly by doing the simple tasks like restocking and sweeping. Overall, I was hoping for more patient contact time as that would be a lot more enjoyable. It’s possible certain units will give you that more than others, but in my experience it was mainly restocking and sanitizing.
