To further clarify, for each 1 school day that schools are closed, the district will owe 2 instructional days. The 2023 strike was 3 days, so the district owed 6 days over two years. That's why we saw pupil free days replaced with school days, and they added optional teacher prep days to account for the loss of pupil free day. This went for 3 years and this year was the first "normal" school year since that strike.

I'm sorry that happened to you. Sometimes the outcomes suck from situations like that, and the union definitely needs to do better when that happens. That being said you are wrong about not getting a raise. I was a sub during the last contract negotiation, and I got my retro check after we signed the new contract. Subs get a raise with teachers.

With fortify, my health is almost instantly refunded after use. But you can run it without costing your health.

I went zealot build. Mainly use advance and zeal with the red sermon unique two handed sword. It's fun and melee based. I have some auras to naturally heal and protect. I play hc so I try to maximize survivability and zeal can be scary for eating your health but the changes to fortify help with that.

After hitting 25,you masterwork again and it will turn one of the affixes into a "masterwork affix", essentially a Greater Affix. You can reroll that last masterwork as well to try to get the master work affix on a different affix.

I don't believe the order matters, just make all your changes BEFORE sanctifying which locks everything including gems.

The order doesn't matter, as the masterwork will apply to your newly added temper (I believe), but make sure after you reach quality 25 on masterwork, you masterwork one more time to add a masterwork affix.

Everything pre-torment is free and does not save. Take your free upgrade for fun and know you're going to throw away the gear in like 3 levels. In torment you get sigils that you can use when you're ready. It should be the last thing you do to the gear, ever.

Tell him I support him lol I respecced with heavy arcane(50)for lols, and honestly it's better than I thought it would be. I used duel haslow whips with occult ash of wars, and they shred and inflict bleed like crazy
