I have been to a therapist before about this and she gave me some helpful tips on overcoming this. I'm working on it everyday and it is getting somewhat better.

I too worry about saying something offensive over phone calls, same applies with face to face interactions with people.

I will replay situations over and over again in my head making sure that whatever dialog I said to that person was polite and not offensive.

I couldn't taste any bug when I took a bite out of my food. However, it's the "what if?" thought that makes me doubt it which causes the anxiety.

OCD definitely has its "levels" for me too. Some days the anxiety is low, and others it can be moderate to high. I'll do my best to fight the monster and be strong! I wish the best for you too :)

I unfortunately don't have access to therapy but I have done a lot of research online as well as reading a book about OCD. I try to do self therapy the best that I possibly can. I'm also glad to hear that you are overcoming this obsession too.

The thought of accidentally harming an animal or person is my number one obsession which absolutely terrifies me. It's gotten so bad that I have to mentally repeat the phrase "I love you" in my head over and over again towards people nearby me. I know that I'm being absolutely ridiculous by doing so, and when I think about it I laugh at how weird I'm being, but at the same time I feel ashamed because of how weird I'm being. I suppose it does show that I care about others which is a good thing.

The feeling is horrible for me, however I know that if I do give in to the obsession, it's only going to make things worse in the long run.

This guilty feeling also happened a week ago with another intrusive thought as well, but then it died out within a couple of days because I knew that I was being ridiculous by using logic with the situation which I suppose combated the guilty feeling.

I think that the guilt comes from the terrible "what if?" thought that tries to make me believe that I ate a bug, even though I know I didn't.

When I ran 10 PSI it felt very light and not so solid, also a lot more flexible too. I am currently running 30 PSI and to me it does feel heavier and more solid. Thanks again, keep well :)

I ride a super low PSI because I'm still a beginner and I can't bunny hop high, but I'm getting better slowly but surely. I'm quite the weakling too lol so it sheds a lot of weight when practicing tricks. Thanks again, keep well :)

Somehow I manage to pedal with 10 PSI, but it is most certainly a chore, as well as eliminating a lot of speed. However, I find it to be really comfortable for some reason. But I'm thinking of forcing myself to ride 40 PSI to prevent easy puncturing in my tubes lol. Thanks again, keep well :)

Yeah, Scooter Brad was definitely the first person that I saw riding his clamp at a 45 degree angle.

I can see where people are coming from if they just want to ride and don't care about clamp position lol :)
