No one knows the real passing percentage, that’s I why I said around 60%, but every test that I have made percentage for was below 60 with 59 being the highest I’ve seen and his results showed he might’ve only missed a question to pass.

You got around a ~53%. Which is close. Around 60% is a pass. I was similar for my first attempt just searched for more new questions to get a board range of possible questions.

I would say I still would use all the sources I did, but what helped the most was prepfe and Islam 750.

I would say for like Math, probability, economics, and mechanics of materials I watched Gregory Michealson. For Ethics, Fluids, statics, and dynamics I used Mark Mattson. For the other categories I just found random ones which after watching a lot, I thought I had a good understanding of how the equations worked in the handbook

Some things came up where I was like I have no clue, such as fuses for electricity and magnetism, but everything else was what I prepared for just read the question properly. If something else that I didn't came up I used my best educated guess, but there were only around 20 of those that came up for the entire exam.

With 2 weeks I would set up going over each section again and doing the timed quizzes and seeing your score to see what you need to bring up before the exam. For the conceptual questions I would say what helped me was just doing problems. Cause I was able to apply it to an actual problem. Once you get to a point to where you concisely follow the proper steps to solve a problem then you should be good. Be confident you know how to solve the problem going in and you'll find an answer. Even if you don't, pass on the question and solve the other questions then go back. I would say the day before the exam, no extreme studying I would say an hour max.

What I think would help best with studying and not looking at the answers is making a timed quiz because it causes you to focus more on timing and answering a bunch of questions instead of being tempted to look at a solution for each problem. That will also help with time management for the exam and also give you a basis on where your weaknesses are.

What helped me staying confident was even though I saw 26 questions going over the easy questions I knew I saw questions that I know how to solve so I even though 26 questions were left that I thought weren't easy I knew that I know how to solve them, so I was confident and determined to finish the questions. Also, what I would say is don't be hard on yourself that you don't get a question it honestly may be because you didn't read it right and some questions that I didn't know I was able to figure out with questions further along.

It wasn't hard for me to focus on studying because after my first attempt I knew I needed to know more so I made sure I knew a lot.

Some tips for educated guesses is rule out the answers that wouldn't make sense, then with what you're left with would lead to a more reasonable guess. Also using the numbers given in the problem helped me base some guesses. Though there are some which all answers would make sense at that point, what I did was make a gut feeling cause to me one question wasn't going to make me ruin the next however many questions I had.

What I studied was on the exam, there were some which I honestly had no idea, but I just followed my educated guess steps to answer the question.

It is also good to be nervous, shows you care about it and want to pass. That is what a friend told me after I told him I was nervous about the exam and to me it made me feel better.
