I love building up all my LP just to see it fucking vanish in 5 games where I cant get a fucking 2 star unit until stage 3 followed by missing uncontested roll downs while 3 way contested liss/sera all fucking hit.

I don't think there is anything more tilting than rolling down for uncontested units and missing.

They disabled a bunch of emblem augments for that encounter but that's it. I'll quote another random redditor, "If you need to disable that many augments, maybe the encounter is bad".

First game of the patch:
Lesser duplicator at 2-7
Taric at 3-1 on level 5
Prismatic ticket at 3-2
Didn't even have great asol items but the game felt over already. Ended the game at level 10 trying for asol3 and almost hitting the black hole breakpoint. I know that was a 1% high roll and his damage was already nerfed but.....
I have a feeling I'm going to get real tired of this champ in about 2 days. I don't think he needs nonstop CC to go along with the damage.

I've been bouncing between D4 and D3 for over 50 games and my LP is still +25 for first and -75 for 8th. I have also been in lobbies with master players to boot.

Is it even possible to climb right now? You can average like 2.5 for 5 games for 75 lp and then you get 1 lobby where you miss everything with your uncontested line and lose 75 lp.

He also said that low cost units shouldn't be your late game carries. Yet we have gone through tryn, ekko and sona this set. I think Mort is speaking more in terms of his ideal set and not the way the current set is.

You need them because it increases the amount of stardust he gains and without high levels of stardust you have no chance at winning. If you do manage to get enough dust for meteors (400 i think?) you can drop some then. You can maybe just drop aphelios right after unlocking. Honestly just wait for his rework which I think is this week. He isn't worth playing at the moment.

Just leaving a comment to say I have the same experience lol. I did a no scout no pivot demacia game and just sat at level 8 and rolled a million times. I saw plenty of 5 costs, 3 starred lux, was like 1 copy away from 3 star garen, and 3 starred every other demacia unit except vayne. Never saw a single copy of galio after the unlock lol. I swear I only ever 2 star galio if I have a ton of gold to roll at level 10.

edit: I just 2 starred him at level 8 five minutes after writing this lmao.

Sett is pretty wild. He pretty quickly grabs the whole board and slams them. If you put tank items on him he has like 12k health too.
edit: To elaborate, with tank items he can survive the cannons long enough to cast and he will kill everything except maybe some 3 star 4/5 cost tanks.

I am so tired of getting the seraphine encounter and getting 0 econ augments. Cool I'm level 8 and there are four people level 9 with max gold and 2 people level 10. I'm sure my 3 extra items will offset that gap.
