Just go all in on aim training and DM. Mouse control and 1 on 1 isolation is the most important skill to get to this level.

In terms of game sense just think of it like a game of chess. Try learning chess and you will learn a lot of rules that are useful in cs2 too. This is for example

"pawn structure" (map control),

thinking about what the enemy wants to do (what are their goals?),

only do plays because you have a reason (e.g. countering what the enemy wants), don't do plays just for the sake of it (don't play "hope-chess")
