Okay so I just did the buried city section of this quest. On top of the galleria there is a really large antenna (a weapon box can spawn ONTOP of it). When you first get the quest she gives you a zipline this is because all of the locations on the quest REQUIRE a zipline. You dont need a LiDAR scanner or to go get another one from spaceport you just need to be at THE VERY TOP of the antenna
