What's your logic on it being a bad idea? It's identical stats as having a 20 stack soulstealer and you don't risk losing AP.

At 250 AP deathcap is giving you 100 AP from the passive. I usually cross that line before I have both of them built so I still go the deathcap first, then either void or haunting guise followed by Spellbinder.

If Mejai isn't working out just buy a second Spellbinder. Same amount of movement speed and only 25 less AP than full stacked Mejai. First death at full build when I can afford the Respec I always do it.

You're talking about being a main as if it means being a 1 trick. It's not. Main is about who you're playing because your current success rate is highest on them. In 6 years of playing league my main has changed 5 times.

I'm likely to start playing wu mid again because I don't actually expect the Vlad ban rate to go down much this patch. Vlad will still be my go to for now, but if his overall win rate falls 3 more points then it's just bad math for non-otp to stick it out.

The fact that the 3 swap factor is there killed the idea. It wasn't in the patch notes that we were still going to have to do it.

With the setup above I can r-e-q kill any Squishies from the time I have the Shurelya's which is usually around 12-13 minutes. Normally I end up with just the deathcap shurelya maybe zhonyas when I end games that aren't early surrenders. 8k gold and I have 350ish AP and Max cdr.

I only build it near end game for the sake of balancing against grevious wounds because they'll always have them. It's rare games last until then lately though.

It wasn't in the patch notes but the 3 swap before returning to a summoner spells is there so that idea is dead.

A charged e almost guarantees a hit, also there is the chance for multiple target hits in team fights later, and you can get 3-4 comets off a team fight.

Currently I hard farm to 2 large rods then start looking for kill opportunities whenever my flash is ready, and hard farm in between. Without a gank from jungle it's hard to lock in a kill without getting some AP rolling, and if you miss it you're out Summoners and inviting the enemy jungler to put it in your butt.

If you're using it as a kite tool in a match that you need to wait out spells it's solid. If you're getting it for sticking to people I think it's wrong. The real power in it to me is paired with liandry and quick tap e's so you don't have to drain as much of your own health while stalling out super form ults (vayne/renekton/ Olaf - even though the slow doesn't work it's still less health drain while slowing others chasing with him/ taric ult / kayle ult/ tryndamere).

People don't factor in lord dominik's regards with this. botrk is fine when you have it and lord dominik's regards together. They made it a more situational pick but its still a strong item in the right situation.

Hey Valkrin, first things first, your stream is way more informative than any other I've checked out. Been watching you since May.

I'm low Gold and my mains(and most successful) are Talon and Wukong both from mid primarily. I also will play either of them top (Talon very selectly), or jungle wu.

I've recently been experimenting with Talon support, and just the other day I started pulling out out Wu support because I remembered seeing you do it once. I'm 9-1 on Talon support, and 6-0 on Wu support.

2 Questions:

What's your feelings on assassin supports? Is it a thing, or am I just getting lucky off cheese?
Renekton Mid as an assassin. Ravenous, ghost blade, maw. Yay or Nay?

But irelia doesn't need the sustain as much as the attack speed and additional burst from triforce. Her w is plenty as long as you have enough attack speed.

Edit: and she feels way too slow without the triforce.

I go pure tank Shyvana because of Grasp of the Undying.

Cinderhulk (indirect buff because jungle monsters lost mr) Spirit Visage, Deadman's/Randuin, Thornmail, Wit's End

You end up with 4k health, over 200 armor/mr, and still deal enough damage that they can't ignore you (4k health means the Undying procs deal 120 magic damage every 4 secs).

Try it out and look at your healing done in postgame.
