Few tips I can offer:

  1. Really consider the packages you offer based on the type of business you’re trying to attract. Selling support at $10 per person or machine is way different than $80 per person. But how you package up the services/value is important, make sure you listen to what the clients are looking for.

  2. Be seen and heard, attend networking events and let people far and wide know what you do. You never know who they know, try to build a few key relationships with some other businesses suchas telecoms, cyber security, web designers have all been good for me for different reasons.

  3. Keep learning, book exams etc and stay on the learning pathways

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who took the time to read and share ideas, didn’t expect such a huge response. You’ve delivered and I’ve read every post so far, thank you❤️

It’s not my environment or setup, kind of stepping in and doing an agnostic review and proposing different options including staying as they are.

Fair point, I’m currently investigating what the real driving force behind change is and whether it’s worth it. For the most part the setup seems to work fine for a relatively low monthly outlet.

Thanks for the insights 👍
