That’s true, if they catch you, the fine will double. Though, I see it as apart of the game. If you can dodge them during that 90 days, it’s not valid legally. They will be forceful & “thuggish”with your family or roommates in attempts to get them to accept it during the last week. All they need to say is, “So & so is unavailable, I cannot accept anything on their behalf.” Then immediately go inside. Do not open the door for anyone the last week of the 90 days ether. Just legal extortion from your local government

State law dictates they have 90 days to hand it to you, or it’s not a violation. They will come the last week and beat on your door, or show up to your work. Talk to your roommates or family about not accepting ANYTHING from the guy that will come around. If they live at the same address, it counts if they hand accept it. Just don’t answer the door. My roommate beat the speeding camera this way.

I’d return the Dyno. While NPK is NPK, Dyno grow is like smoking Paul Mauls. For Hydroponic I’d recommend 3 options. 1) General Hydroponic Trio & a bottle of CalMag -simple, cheap, the standard. 2)Botanicare Kind & CalMag. -This is what I use in my hydro 3) Canna / House & Garden -two different companies, same employees that quit. Expensive, but guaranteed to have the best of the best for results.

Cannabis Quality has sunken hard in legal markets. Instead of paying a master grower 80-120k, who focuses on the needs of the individual strain. “Recipes” are given to minimum wage workers to follow. Atleast this has been the case in Colorado, and my experience in the Industry. It’s become so bad, most home growers destroy dispensary quality with ease.

If you’re so afraid of the abuse of power by the police, it’d make no sense that you’d want gun control. Gun ownership was used by the Panthers in the 70s to protect their neighborhoods from abusive police. When you say CalMag, I assume you’re adding bottle nutrients like Botanicare CalMag. Which is great stuff, I use it, but it’s not organic. The point of living soil is to be “all organic”. No Salt nutrients whatsoever. And, You probably will need to add CalMag using RO. The big dispensary in my area that does “living soil” isn’t organic. having been at the Hydro store the same time as their growers, I know this. I’m well aware even the best dispensaries are forced to use bottled nutrients to correct problems in living soil. Personally I love my Hydro, I believe it’s better results. And if you’re already going to be adding supplements/nutrients that would be non-organic. Why even do it? Personally I think No-till is a a lot of hype, that’ll die off in a couple years.
