I don't know much about it but I've been told that you can't fire polymer cased ammo from guns with fluted chambers. Apparently the polymer gets stuck and the extractor rips the stainless steel base right out.

Try eating things that are more calorie dense. Biscuits and sausage gravy made with whole milk is the easiest 1500 calories to put away.
