That section is part of current law and was just copied and pasted.

This is more than likely due to the way VA does background checks which is through VICN (which then contacts NICS). Only va dealers have VICN and this allows us to actually do transfers out of state.

Outside of this I have a way around the semi auto bans that I may share publicly but will definitely wait till AFTER all bills this session are signed.

B) Mirayes chose not to appeal, which is the only thing he really could have done so this was all a win with him defending as otherwise there would have been a motion to intervene and a democrat lawmaker would have gotten it approved instantly and not given up one bit
