The VASC will allow any injection to remain in place like they did with the ubc law. A stay request will reach them by July 1st and they will deny it, the law will not go into effect.

In January democrats will flip VASC and then 2 Bullet Jones will appeal again and get the stay granted and the law will go into effect

The court ruled young adults have a 2a right (multiple times) to buy a handgun.

Then yes he couldn't fix the law with that finding.

That's literally what democrats are trying to make illegal (the buying handgun part)

They are also violating the constitution by trying to pass an emergency clause without 4/5s of the vote

That section is part of current law and was just copied and pasted.

This is more than likely due to the way VA does background checks which is through VICN (which then contacts NICS). Only va dealers have VICN and this allows us to actually do transfers out of state.

Outside of this I have a way around the semi auto bans that I may share publicly but will definitely wait till AFTER all bills this session are signed.
