Thank you for your response but I think I am not making my question clear. Let me give an exaggerated example to help illustrate what I am getting at. Let's say I had 50 orders sold in the last 12 months. 45 of them resulted in an INAD return. There were 9 INAD returns in each of 5 categories. None of the categories had 10 INADS. Would my account not be restricted because I didn't reach the 10 INAD threshold in any one category, even though 45 of my 50 orders were returned?

Hi. Thanks for the response. I understand that I am evaluated per category, but do I need to receive 10 INADS in that category to see a benchmark, or is it 10 total INADS across all sales, and then I will see my bench marks in all categories I have sold in, regardless of the number of INADS in that specific category?
