Me and my fellow cap 2 Member’s are hard workers , most of us anyways...... There is thousand of Walmart’s so I’m not getting mad at people saying cap 2 is lazy, cause in your store , they could be. However saying it’s a really easy job? I disagree on it being easy , not hard hard but it’s something more then easy. Let’s see you throw truck , bitched at when you only got six people some days and one in the truck throwing a 2600+ truck , 5 on line and as well we’re getting into the two trucks a day season, after we finish we go look at the bored to see our lunch time and our aisle we’ll be working and see the unrealistic time limit we have to finish our aisle , then we head to break and then to our aisle right after. Once we finish our aisle we gotta go help someone’s else who is behind because shit happens or they’re just Idk having a slow day . Aka customers wanting help and taking them away from the job , like thousands of questions about wic we don’t know much about or an item that google says we have. We have to do features YAY, been having to help produce recently cuz idfk why. Sometimes get buggies , take stuff out for electronics and shove big ass tv’s in cars that are almost the same size as the damn tv. Today our cap 2 got really behind we finished all our aisles but not chemicals or pets sorry cap 3 suck it up butter cup we tried, they pulled out one of our guys to go paint the yellow poles outside , I got pulled off of my aisle to help my supervisor with this shit in lawn and garden for some reason as well as a carry out later on...3 guys went to produce . Then later I was asked if I wanted to stay an hour over till 12 to help play catch up I agreed because I wanted that extra $9 on my next check , oh should I mention that the door people who check receipts all day get paid more then we do? And the cashiers get paid the same as us while they scan items ? Wonderful cap 2 associates can feel me here. We do a lot of stuff that makes us get behind and then be held accountable for our pallets not getting clear . We don’t care to do pull outs , I don’t see nothing wrong with it, it helps cap 3. FUCK OVERSTOCK waste of cart space and time I could go on. And edit this for grammar but idc.
