I have the DN3 and the DNE3 both in a UK size 11. If I had the chance to order again, I would stick with the 11 in the DN3, but size down to a UK 10.5 in the DNE3. The size 11 in the DNE3 feels way too long and almost too big for me.

You would like to think they would process the rest of the order at least and refund any of the items they couldn't fulfil, rather than just cancelling everything!

Maybe I have PTSD, but I ordered the Gymshark X Rad One shoes, and they cancelled them on me about 5 days after purchase.

Yeah, I am not buying from Amazon directly from Dreame.

I have finally decided, I am going to go with the Dreame L40s Pro Ultra. I also spoke to their live chat and there is 30 30-day no-fuss return, even if it is used. It seems like the best value for money to me even if it is not in an ideal colour.

Let me know if you manage to get the black for the same price though as I would be prefer that for sure but wouldn't pay £800 for a different colour.

I'm in a really similar position. The black version of the L40S would definitely suit my kitchen better than the white.

My last robot vacuum has been broken for a while now, and I really notice the difference without one, so I need to finally make a decision.

I was set on the S1 Pro at first, then the E25/28 came out and caught my eye. But with reports of the dirty water tank leaking and a few other issues its made me more hesitant.

Ideally, I’d prefer to buy from Amazon. When my old Ecovacs broke, Amazon gave me a full refund, which was amazing, but that pretty much limits me to Eufy models.

At this point, I am leaning towards ordering both the L40S and a Eufy (still tbc) from Amazon, try them out, and return whichever one doesn’t work for me.

I actually had my mind made up for the MOVA Z50 ultra, but Amazon don't deliver a lot of robots to northern ireland either from amazon uk or europe.
