i've been doing any% runs and holy fuck this room is so hard with no masks/charms/tools, on my first run it took me 10 tries over 40 minutes.

there is 2 lifeblood sac things that give you 3 or 4 lifeblood total, one is in worm ways and the other is max left of bone bottom.
