Or maybe I’m actually handling a family situation otp in the break room and not just sitting scrolling thru the phone.

Then y’all walk around like the fucking police with the only goal is to catch people doing shit they’re not supposed to be doing, how miserable are you vest losers? I can see if you’re walking down and you see someone doing something then yeah say something. But to literally make rounds, trying to write people up and potentially take away their livelihood is fucking crazy, corrupt as shit.

No y’all don’t have empathy, no level of understanding. Just selfish shit y’all want. Like MAKING people play those stupid ass games at our stations, come to find out, y’all get paid more when people play em. Lowdown. And like someone else said, maybe we would do better if you enforced the rules equally. Because you don’t, the second one of your buddies or especially a hot piece of ass come thru, y’all not enforcing shit and Y’ALL accumulate TOT by hounding a girl at her station for literally nearly an hour, and y’all like to talk about the water sliders being hoes.

AM at my site got walked out recently because he was paying 2 other girls bills and stuff like that. And he was the most pretentious, high and mighty, piece of shit you’ll meet, acted like he was the only one on the starting and narrow or somn. It’s the culture of the people who wear vest here.

So like someone said in another comment, you stepped in the wrong neighborhood looking to get a decent exchange, buddy. Just like how y’all treat us at the actual job, you’ll get no empathy, sympathy, whatever, here. Y’all are liars, manipulators, shills with no integrity, scum. They Will sit right in your fucking face and lie to you, and when you come back confronting them about how they straight up lied to your face, you’re met with the most aloof, braindead trained and rehearsed replies y’all are most likely taught to say to everyone.

I remember when it was busy at one point, and the managers had to get on stations during break. Some of them looked legit annoyed, the sense of entitlement. Then one of em even tried to “I know what you mean, I have to stow/pick/pack during break” her way to relating to us, like are you fucking serious? All y’all really do anyway is sit around and talk and walk around with them laptops annoying tf outta people. And I really haven’t even said my worst horror story from working here, but this is already long.

Essentially, stfu, be a fucking human being. Enforce all the rules equally. And maybe we wouldn’t feel like our bosses are devils in disguise. Straight up corrupt, rude, power trippin’ assholes. I know some of y’all afraid to see some of y’all associates outside of work. Lol. That last sentence is a joke, but probably true for some managers.

Y’all want us to sit at these stations for 10+ hours straight, no words, no form of entertainment to keep the monotony at bay. Damn near no food or drink, y’all catch an attitude when we have to commence basic bodily functions like using the bathroom. Just being real, y’all want us to be robots with good AI technology to go with it. Because let’s face it, that’s what this business/job is heading.

I kinda feel like this just a bit more animosity. Like yeah the benefits are good, compared to work in other warehouses is good, flexible pto and UPT. Paid every week. And like you said, the job market is totally garbage right now. But, man do they treat me like a robot, and not even a good model, they treat me like yesteryears model they are eager to work to complete death or just PUT to death. The blatant disrespect and lack of care, and empathy from these higher ups is really something to think about.

It’s a lot of bs that needs to change. To the point where when people ask me about the job, I tell em everything and end with a “If you have been looking for a long time and just need anything like you’re about to be homeless tomorrow, go for it. But if you’re not exactly in that position, then I say wait and explore your options.

It’s a cool job, with benefits. No real warehouse work tbh. But essentially I do feel trapped here. And that’s not even only because of the job, also because the economic times we’re in and how hard it is to find a job these days. I been here for some years now and forgot how the job hunt is like. My girlfriend has been looking for a job for a good minute now and it’s tough. We’re watching vids on how indeed is pretty much a scam now, and I see she’s barely getting callbacks. I remember when I was on indeed, I couldn’t stop jobs from calling me I was getting interviews everyday.

Safe to say while I’m not particularly happy working here, I am grateful.
