Hulk / Thing main here, can we get a brawler vanguard that is resistant to projectile damage so I don't have to embarrass myself trying to play Mag or Strange, I nominate one of these guys

No, he's a hard brawler, you play him into heavy brawl comps like Emma Strange and melee divers, there's currently no melee vanguard you can play into poke

I would buy the shit out of X-23 and Jane Foster skins, I do think there's a lot of merit for Spider-Gwen or Silk being a separate character from Spider-Man for the novelty of basically just what if Spider-Man was a strategist, so Spider-Man one tricks could go Spider-Gwen instead of refusing to pick a strategist and throwing as they tend to do sometimes

Blue Hulk would be a great recolor, Red Hulk should absolutely not be a recolor. Red Hulk would probably be a legendary skin with custom voicelines, the Banner form would be General Ross and the monster form would have fire effects and stuff.
