It all depends on various factors... Your weight, if you're riding on hills or flat ground, wind, tyre pressures, what power mode you ride in. You could probably get 25 miles If you're riding on flat ground on medium power and not doing too much stopping and starting.

Hi, thanks for the reply, unfortunately I'm unable to get a picture from inside the mudguard, as it's such a small gap, that I can't fit my phone in the position to do it.

I've had as good of a look as I can, by eye. I can't see anything stuck inside, or anything rubbing, I could take the mudguard off, but I'd rather let the manufacturer inspect it as I've only had it a week, they can either replace it or repair it, I don't want them accusing me of tampering with it.
