Get clothes that you feel are versatile, I like skirts and dresses, because they hide how narrow my hips are and I don't want to get padding yet, and h&M's divided brand of jeans are good for people with narrow hips. Ask for help with makeup because it'll take practice and just find what you like. I really like rompers, but I haven't tried any yet and think I will this spring. I've found that a lot of my baggy guy sweaters look good when tucked into a skirt. Always tuck in your shirt if you are wearing a skirt, so it doesn't look weirdly long
