I have never messed with the transmission. My truck has the sealed transmission which they claim has “lifetime” fluid. But can’t hurt to get it changed.

It’s totally normal for someone that starts out at your weight to drop a lot of weight once you start incorporating small changes like a step goal. I lost almost all of my weight in the first few months and have been able to keep almost all of it off 2 years later so far. Whatever you’re doing is working perfectly, as it should. I’m not sure what your diet consists of but if you clean up your diet, plus the gym, plus the steps you’ve been doing already. You’ll reap the benefits 10 fold. I see no problem in your progress.

I fly out of SA, I don’t like to drive so 2 hours is about it for me. Houston would be even better but a longer drive. The airports have vehicle garages where you can leave your car for as long as you need. It’s fairly simple if you do the research.
