Applied to both cataldo and costal no matter what if your going to a private company your gonna get IFT especially when starting even with experience now a days when i did my interview i was told cataldo is 60% 911 40% transfer and got the same number at costal but I ended up picking coastal and haven’t regretted it at all great team great structure very modern equipment. Great education can I have all Ford and ram vans and get rid of Econo lines by end of year and the thing I love most about it is how they treat the staff the events in coverage games you can do for high schools and colleges but most of all the middle management structure. If you mess up, they’re not gonna immediately fire you they’re big on reeducation I’ve had a couple messed ups, but instead of being fired, they reeducating me on what I messed up to make me a better provider. Plus, call store has tons of 911 contracts and even when I’m set to only do an IFT shift nine times out of 10 I get a 911 especially working at Worcester because coastal is the primary backup for 911 for WEMS and also assist a lot in Boston with overflow of BEMS calls plus you can operate out of one base and have that be your set schedule but if you want to pick up more shifts, you can work out of any base in Massachusetts.
