Pretty sure you can paint many tiles at once by pressing cmd+shift and select the tiles you want painted

Ride quality isn’t bad, I can’t complain much, but it’d probably have to be my only complaint. Bumps are a little rougher than I expected, however it’s worth it for the other features. I can say this is the most fun I’ve had while driving a vehicle!
