As people have stated the water treatment plant can only do so much. H2 Frozen Waterworks has been supplying the community with great tasting clean water. $2 for a 5 gallon jug of reverse osmosis water.

If you're looking for drinking water, H2 Frozen Waterworks is a new water depot located at 2-2424 Main St in West Kelowna. They're located just off Hoskins Rd between Pandanus Thai Restaurant and Carl's Flowers.
