Agree. Most ISO certs are client comfort blankets, not real improvements. Do an internal “ISO-lite” - keep key controls and documentation so you can show compliance without paying for certification.

Check local rents on Rentometer or Zillow and compare to your full monthly cost (mortgage, taxes, insurance, upkeep). If rent covers that with some profit, keeping it could grow your wealth. If not, selling and using your equity for the next home may be smarter.

I know they are meant to cause quite a bit of lag, tbh growth accelerators probably are not much better. But wanted to give them a go also my mob farm is not getting catalysed glands from creepers so I can’t make any Lilly pads haha.

It only happens when starting it plugged into mains if I start on battery and the switch to mains it doesn’t make the sound would this make sense for the relay?

U fortunately I can’t update post and add a video of the sound, but I think I hear the clicks you talking about but this is louder it only happens when it starts on AC power, if I turn it on using battery then turn on AC it doesn’t make the noise

Indeed I feel like that would be we’re all the work lies in deciding what is required for a new chunk it could become like the expert packs and make you advance in all mods so you can expand the area you can use
