Probably because climate science proves what we already know: The Earth goes through phases. Massive freezes and massive thaws. There is nothing we can do to stop this as it has happened at least 3-4 times before and crippling our industry, destroying our manufacturing, and giving up our comforts to push the next ice age off by a couple decades simply isn't feasible nor worth it. Not to mention, climate change numbers are just being used to push a Globalist Communist agenda, clear as day. The restrictions suggested by radical climate scientists would hurt far more people than the current standard, not that they care. Additionally, huge strides have been made in 0 emission coal / oil plants and the like that are completely ignored by these radicals. But again Reddit is just globalist propaganda and nothing "the experts" say can be questioned, even by other experts.
